1. DEFINITIONS

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "jus4d," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the jus4d gaming platform, its operators, and associated entities.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the jus4d platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created to access jus4d services.

To use jus4d services, you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted only one account. Creating multiple accounts (also known as multi-accounting) is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

During registration, you must provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. This information must match your government-issued identification documents.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

jus4d is committed to maintaining a secure gaming environment and preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our KYC procedures, we may request the following documentation at any time:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driving license)
• Proof of residence (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months)
• Payment method verification (bank account statements, credit card images with middle digits obscured)
• Source of funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawals until verification is complete.

5. DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS

5.1 Deposit Methods

jus4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian banking channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by banking method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

All deposits must originate from a bank account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance. Funds deposited from third-party sources will be returned to the original source, and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawal Procedures

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account has completed KYC verification

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

Attempts to use jus4d as a currency exchange or money transfer service will result in immediate account closure. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual transaction patterns.

6.1 Bonus Terms

It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms before claiming any bonus.

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called turnover requirements or rollover requirements). This means you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.

6.2 Bonus Restrictions

7. GAMING RULES AND FAIR PLAY

7.1 Game Integrity

All games on the jus4d platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Our RNG systems are regularly tested and audited by independent third-party agencies to verify compliance with industry fairness standards.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published on our platform. These percentages represent the theoretical long-term payout rate and are calculated over millions of game rounds. Individual gaming sessions may vary significantly from published RTP due to natural variance and luck.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting products including football, basketball, tennis, and other sports:

• All bets are settled according to official results as determined by the relevant governing sports body
• If an event is postponed or abandoned, bets will be void unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours

7.3 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during gameplay (due to internet failure, device malfunction, or platform maintenance), your gaming session will be preserved according to the game provider's disconnection policy. For most games, incomplete rounds will be automatically resolved based on the game state at the time of disconnection, and results will be posted to your account once you reconnect.

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jus4d platform and will result in immediate account suspension or termination:

• Underage gambling: Any attempt by individuals under 21 years of age to create accounts or gamble
• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one account per individual
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantages, particularly in poker or other player-vs-player games

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen payment methods, chargebacks, identity theft, or any form of financial fraud

• Market manipulation: Placing bets on sporting events where you have inside information or attempting to influence outcomes
• Money laundering: Using the platform to disguise the origins of illegally obtained funds
• Abusive behavior: Harassing other players or staff, using offensive language, or engaging in disruptive behavior

9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

9.1 Service Availability

While jus4d strives to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical difficulties, infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service disruptions. We will not be liable for any losses resulting from such interruptions.

9.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

The jus4d platform and all services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, secure, or function without interruption. You use our services at your own risk.

9.3 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, jus4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of jus4d shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account balance at the time of the claim.

9.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless jus4d, its operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions, your violation of any applicable laws, or your violation of any rights of third parties.

10. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

10.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your jus4d account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered bank account after verification of identity and compliance with anti-money laundering procedures. Pending bets will be settled before final account closure.

10.2 Account Suspension by jus4d

jus4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, posed a security risk, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our platform or other users.

In cases of account termination due to violation of terms, jus4d reserves the right to withhold any winnings, bonuses, or account balance pending investigation. If fraud or illegal activity is suspected, we may report the matter to relevant authorities.

10.3 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion
